Burgers, the United Way The sun shone, the burgers smoked and hundreds of hungry faculty, staff and students headed to the fountain Oct. 20 for a barbecue to raise funds for this year’s United Way campus campaign. All proceeds from the sale of burgers, hot dogs and drinks went to the campaign. Organizers hope to raise $100,000 campus-wide this year for the Greater Victoria United Way campaign.
